Privacy Policy

Last updated: 20 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how A4 Print Size ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and safeguards information when you visit a4printsize.com and use our photo sizing, A4 sheet maker, converter, and printing tools (collectively, the "Service").

1. The Short Version: We Do Not See Your Photos

A4 Print Size is built around a zero-server architecture. Everything you upload — photos, PDF documents, and converted images — is processed entirely inside your browser using JavaScript. Your files never leave your device, are never transmitted to our servers, and are never stored by us.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Because processing happens on your device, we do not collect, store, or transmit:

  • Your uploaded photos, images, or PDF documents;
  • The content you generate, crop, or convert;
  • Your print settings, DPI values, or layout preferences;
  • Any account, sign-in, or payment information (we have no accounts).

3. Information We May Collect Automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log standard, anonymous technical data, including:

  • Your IP address and approximate geographic region;
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system;
  • Pages visited, referral source, and timestamps of visits.

This data is used solely for security, uptime monitoring, and aggregated traffic analysis. It cannot be used to reconstruct any of your photo content.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We use local storage in your browser to remember lightweight preferences such as your chosen language and light/dark theme. This data stays on your device. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings.

5. Third-Party Services

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. When this happens, your browser connects to Google's servers, which may log standard request data in accordance with Google's own privacy policy. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices of these third parties.

6. Data Retention

We do not retain any user-generated content. Because files are processed in your browser's memory, they are automatically discarded when you close the tab or refresh the page. Server logs are retained only as long as required for security and operational purposes.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since no personal information is collected, no special handling of children's data is required.

8. Your Rights

Because we do not collect personal data from you, there is generally nothing to access, correct, or delete. If you believe any of our practices conflict with your local privacy regulations, you may contact us at any time using the details below.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

10. Contact Us

If you have questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy, please reach out via theContact Us page or email us directly.
